Create a Pre-Approved Page
1. Within a Marketing Hub, click +New and select Page from the drop-down to open the Add Pre-Approved Page editor.

2. Define your page attributes by filling the following fields to set up your page details:
- Page Name: The label displayed in navigation menus.
- Page Title: The header banner title on the page.
- Page URL: The final URL slug
- Example: www.digitalagent.com/advisor-site/retirement-readiness
- Layout: The column structure used to organize content.
- Thumbnail: The preview image shown in the list of pre-approved pages in Settings > Your Pages.

3. When finished, click +Save Changes. Depending on your setup, the page will automatically publish or be sent to Compliance for approval.
- Note: A pre-approved page can not be set to a Draft or Unpublished state.

Edit Page Contents
1. Locate your page in the Pre-Approved Pages list and either double-click the page or right-click and select Edit Page.

2. Use the Pre-Approved Page Editor to add or modify content (Note: available content types may be restricted).
Note: Any new content block created and saved in this editor is automatically added as individual pre-approved content in your Marketing Hub.

To make an individual block available to advisors, ensure Show in Content Library is checked ON inside the Web Content Editor.

3. Click Save Changes to save your Pre-Approved Page.

4. Once saved and approved, your new page will be available for users to select in their hub.
