Premium Flex

Overview & Purpose - Product Collateral for future reference:  

• Premium Flex is a flexible, pay-for-use website management service intended for firms.

• Instead of flat retainers, it allows clients to set a monthly budget (based on average service hours) and pay only for the work used.

• Unused budget (up to 50 %) can be carried forward.

• If the budget is exceeded, clients can top up. Otherwise, overages are billed at time & materials (T&M) at list rates.

• Prior approval is required to draw on future allocations (i.e. borrow ahead). 

Premium Flex Request Process (Customers)

1. Portal Enablement

   • Client is Enabled on the supportcenter.digitalagent.com

   • Client are being migrated to the new portal for a future requests.

2. Submit a Request 

   • Select Type "Premium Flex Request"

   • Provide all necessary details for the change you’d like made.

   • Each request should cover only one change (e.g., update to a single piece of content).

   • If you have multiple changes, please submit them separately so we can give accurate estimates.

3. Review & Clarification

   • We’ll review your request for accuracy and completeness.

   • If anything is unclear or missing, we’ll reach out to you for more details before moving forward.

4. Effort Estimate

   • Once your request is clear, our team will assess the effort required.

   • You’ll receive an estimate of the time needed and will be asked to approve before work begins.

5. Approval to Proceed

   • If you approve: The request will be scheduled for development.

   • If you don’t approve: The request will be closed, and a small amount of time will be recorded for assessment.

6. Work & Delivery

   • Once approved, our team will complete the work and provide an expected delivery timeline.

   • When the change is finished, we’ll notify you that the request is complete.

7. Completion & Tracking

   • A minimum of 0.5 hours is recorded for completed work.

   • You’ll receive confirmation once everything is finalized.
